In order to meet our customers expectations, we implemented a Quality Assurance system conforming the norm ISO 9001 version 2000. Indeed, on the 7th of May 2001, Dufouleur Père & Fils became the first winery in France to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certification.
Adopting this system and meeting the demands of the norm has two main objectives :
1. To provide services that are constantly revised and improved upon
2. To tighten controls on traceability and hygiene (systematic and relational analysis of the physical and chemical risks related to the production and process control of our products).
This certification imposes strict controls on our work methods and so guarantees the quality of all the procedures operating within the company. It also demonstrates our shared commitment to continual improvement in the future.
