Domaine Guy & Yvan Dufouleur

Today the estate covers 30 hectares of vineyard in 11 different appellations. Annual production totals between 160000 and 180000 bottles.

The vineyards extend from Fixin in the Côte de Nuits (south of Dijon) to Santenay in the Côte de Beaune (north of Chalon-sur-Saône). The appellations produced from North to South are as follows: Fixin" Clos du Chapitre " 1er cru – exclusive ownership (monopoly), the jewel of our estate and a reference in Burgundy; Nuits-St-Geoges "les Fleurières", "Aux Saints-Juliens", and premiers crus: "Les Chaînes Carteaux ", " Les Crots", "Les Poulettes", "les Perrières " (red and white), Hautes Côtes de Nuits (red and white), Bourgogne "Clos de l'Hermitage" and finally Santenay "Clos Genêts".

Domaine Barbier et Fils

In octobre 1995, Dufouleur’s holdings were extended with the purchase of Domaine Barbier et Fils, comprising 11.30 hectares of vineyards in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits (red and white), Hautes-Côtes de Beaune (red) "En Buisson"; Villages wines: Gevrey-Chambertin "Les Murots", Nuits-Saint-Georges "Belle Croix", Savigny-Lès-Beaune "Les Fourches", and Pommard "les Vaumuriens Hauts". The Domaine has Aligoté vines in the "Derrière Baubigny" parcel and also produces the famous sparkling wine Crémant de Bourgogne.

The vines are 30 to 40 years old on average. The vineyards have been run for many years using sustainable viticultural methods.
